LOCAL POLICING FAILURES are INDIA's BIGGEST NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT - NOT PAK & CHINA From the days of Independence, whether its the Raise of Dawood Ibrahim, Bomb Blasts Across major city's of India and to the extent of Recent incidents in North East of India, Majority of the problems had a starting point at the Streets of India, that's where the Local Policing comes into picture. If at all the State police & Law Makers of Mumbai had taken strict actions at the beginning days of Dawood, 1993 Serial bomb blasts in the city wouldn't have happened and today Dawood need not to be monitored at the level of RAW & NSA.
