LOCAL POLICING FAILURES are INDIA's BIGGEST NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT - NOT PAK & CHINA

From the days of Independence, whether its the Raise of Dawood Ibrahim, Bomb Blasts Across major city's of India and to the extent of Recent incidents in North East of India, Majority of the problems had a starting point at the Streets of India, that's where the Local Policing comes into picture. 

If at all the State police & Law Makers of Mumbai had taken strict actions at the beginning days of Dawood, 1993 Serial bomb blasts in the city wouldn't have happened and today Dawood need not to be monitored at the level of  RAW & NSA.

The same local policing failures can be seen in the case of Smuggler Veerappan, at a point of time he is an issue to the Three states of Police Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Andhra.   

In Recent incident of Arunachal Pradesh where local people had attacked the army men during a late night operation and also the camp base of army personnel was also targeted, in both the incidents State police were not arrived in time to bring situations under control this time delay had led the rioters taking more chances in attacking the army men which had only resulted in opening fire by Army. 

India's National Security Researchers, Scholars & Intelligence officers often point out the China's hand in providing Training & supply of weapons to the insurgents of North East India, those very insurgents are the Leaders or Activists of a certain movements at the City level in beginning days, if at all the State Police and the State LAW MAKERS had acted in time, today North Eastern States need not have witnessed the large number of Army deployment. The Khalistani elements of Pakistan & Canada Based too taking support of citizens based in India to implement their Objectives. considering these citizens as some sort of social activists in the name of democracy and leaving incidents of riots to local policing & District Judiciary will soon opens another gate for Insurgents in India on Western Front.

Some Bomb Blasts across the Metro city's of India had the presence of one or two persons of India based where they were trained by Pakistan to execute plans in India by the terrorist organizations based out in Pakistan. 

      These days if we observe the U.K Politics, especially the U.K Home Minster Statements we can often find the statements related to increasing of local policing, large number of staff recruitment, high priority for budget allocation to infrastructure of local policing. Even though U.K is a developed country, local policing seems to be one of  the top priority of PM Boris Johnson Govt.

     In 21st century to address the global threats, Governments need to be consider the local policing as top priority as much as Nations Defense.

     Officers of both Home & Defense ministry of India needs to expand the NIA to the Zonal level where it constantly monitors along with state police & Act upon the High Priority Anti social elements activity's across the Nation and the work load need to be diversify to Zonal level, also these high prior issues at the beginning level should not be left to local Police or District Judiciary & laws needs to the strengthened in this domain.

     A Developed India cannot be possible with out having a Best Local Policing & also Global Tourist destinations are practicing best measures in this sphere to further promote their Tourism & Hospitality Industry. Tourism can easily pushes the India's GDP Growth into Double Digit if the right measures had taken and implemented.  

     Global investments for India too gets affected with the incidents happening most often across India in form of Riots. Objectives of Special economic zones will be failed if Global Investors takes back step for investments and hinters the India's image. Incidents like U.S Advice/warning to its citizens to not visit certain places of India have not considered seriously by the Law Makers of India & Successful SEZ is not possible in any near time in North East India should make us clear about the Priority of Local Policing and its Measures.
